Mariners pile up 23 hits and five homers in 19-1 rout of Athletics
Weston Wilson went 5-for-6, Cole Young drove in five, and Seattle scored in seven of nine innings.

The Seattle Mariners had 23 hits and five home runs in a 19-1 win over the Athletics on Saturday night at Sutter Health Park.
Dominic Canzone hit a two-run homer in the first, and Randy Arozarena's three-run homer in the second made it 5-0. The Athletics scored their only run in the third when Henry Bolte came home on Shea Langeliers's force out.
Seattle added two in the fourth on singles by Weston Wilson and Arozarena, and Cole Young's two-run homer in the fifth made it 9-1. Michael Arroyo and J.P. Crawford homered in the seventh, Crawford's a two-run shot, for a 12-1 lead. Four more runs came in the eighth on Josh Naylor's double, singles by Young and Arroyo, and a bases-loaded walk to Lazaro Montes. Young's two-run single and Arroyo's sacrifice fly in the ninth closed it at 19-1.
Bryan Woo earned the win, allowing 1 unearned run on 3 hits in 6 innings with 2 walks and 5 strikeouts. Gage Jump took the loss after giving up 5 runs on 5 hits, 2 of them homers, in 2 innings with 1 walk and 2 strikeouts.
Wilson finished 5-for-6 with a double and scored three times. Young was 3-for-6 with a homer and 5 RBIs, Arroyo 3-for-4 with a homer, a double and 3 RBIs, and Arozarena 2-for-5 with 4 RBIs. Julio Rodríguez and Naylor had three hits apiece, Crawford homered and scored three runs, and Canzone was 2-for-4 with a homer. Attendance was 10,289.
