South Carolina rushes for 405 yards in 45-9 win over Towson

South Carolina beat Towson 45-9 on Saturday night at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia.
Vicari Swain returned a punt 58 yards for a touchdown at 9:37 of the first quarter. Max Kelley's 33-yard field goal at 12:44 of the second and Matt Fuller's 55-yard run at 3:44 pushed the lead to 17-0 before Zaydaan Faridi's 41-yard field goal with 1:04 left in the half got Towson on the board.
LaNorris Sellers ran 58 yards for a score at 12:07 of the third. Andrew Indorf's 23-yard pass to Aaron Enterline at 7:03 cut it to 24-9; the extra point was blocked. Swain returned another punt 45 yards with 0:03 left in the quarter, and Jabree Coleman's 3-yard run at 8:29 of the fourth and Isaiah Augustave's 55-yard run at 6:32 set the final.
South Carolina ran 41 times for 405 yards, 9.9 per attempt, and finished with 502 total yards. Fuller carried 11 times for 125 yards. Sellers was 10 of 23 for 96 yards with an interception. Towson's Indorf completed 16 of 30 for 171 yards, and Enterline caught 10 passes for 123 yards, but the Tigers managed 21 rushing yards and 203 total while converting 3 of 16 third downs. Attendance was 78,399.
