Arizona beat the Los Angeles Chargers 26-14 on Sunday at SoFi Stadium.
Jeremiyah Love's 5-yard run at 8:49 of the first quarter put the Cardinals ahead 7-0, and Omarion Hampton's 8-yard run at 4:22 tied it. Chad Ryland's 27-yard field goal at 6:51 of the second gave Arizona a 10-7 lead, and his 44-yarder with 0:00 on the clock made it 13-7 at the half. Ryland added a 34-yard kick at 7:25 of the third; Justin Herbert's 8-yard pass to Ladd McConkey at 6:03 pulled the Chargers within 16-14. Jacoby Brissett's 3-yard touchdown pass to Trey McBride at 11:44 of the fourth made it 23-14, and Ryland's 49-yard field goal with 2:33 left closed it out.
Brissett finished 27 of 37 for 277 yards and a touchdown. McBride caught 9 passes for 95 yards, and Tyler Allgeier ran 17 times for 61 yards. Dante Stills had a sack. Herbert was 17 of 27 for 209 yards with a touchdown and an interception; McConkey caught 5 passes for 82 yards, and Hampton ran 12 times for 43 yards and a score.
Arizona held the ball for 37:31 to the Chargers' 22:29, ran 72 plays to 51 and outgained Los Angeles 393 yards to 268. The Cardinals converted 6 of 14 third downs and did not turn the ball over; Los Angeles was 2 of 8 on third down and turned it over twice. Arizona was penalized 8 times for 111 yards. Attendance was 70,540.
