Kirk Cousins' 15-yard pass to Jack Bech with 1:33 left in the first quarter put the Raiders ahead 7-0, and Matt Gay's 47-yard field goal at 10:22 of the second made it 10-0. Riley Patterson answered from 41 yards at 4:08. Cousins hit Ashton Jeanty from 13 yards at 1:07 for a 17-3 lead, and Patterson's 37-yarder with 0:00 on the clock made it 17-6 at the half.
Malik Willis ran 14 yards for a touchdown at 12:44 of the third to bring Miami within 17-13. Cousins and Jeanty connected again from 13 yards at 9:58, and Gay's 30-yard field goal at 2:34 made it 27-13. Neither team scored in the fourth quarter.
Jeanty finished with 23 carries for 102 yards and 6 catches for 45 yards and two touchdowns. Cousins was 21 of 30 for 160 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions. Kwity Paye had two sacks. Willis completed 15 of 27 for 220 yards with an interception and led the Dolphins in rushing with 39 yards on 6 carries; Caleb Douglas caught 5 passes for 94 yards. Jacob Rodriguez made 14 tackles.
Las Vegas held the ball for 34:53 and outgained Miami 290 yards to 259. Miami was sacked 5 times for 35 yards and converted 2 of 10 third downs. Each team turned the ball over twice. Attendance was 62,541.
