Game result: New Orleans fell to 0-4 with a 19–31 loss at Buffalo. Rookie Spencer Rattler threw for 125 yards and 1 TD in his second start but couldn’t overcome the Bills’ balanced attack.

Analytics: The Saints offense managed just 285 yards while struggling to sustain drives. Rattler completed 18-of-27 for 125 yards and rushed for 49 yards, showing mobility but limited passing success. New Orleans’ defense forced Josh Allen’s first INT of the season via Jonas Sanker but couldn’t generate enough stops. The Saints converted just 4-of-11 third downs. A failed Philly Special attempt (Chris Olave threw an INT) killed momentum. Kendre Miller’s 18-yard rushing TD on the opening drive was a bright spot.

Injuries: Right guard Cesar Ruiz left in the second quarter with an ankle injury and didn’t return – a significant blow. No other major injuries were reported but depth is becoming an issue.

Betting: New Orleans was a 15.5-point underdog and covered despite losing. The Saints are 2-2 ATS despite being winless. The under (47.5) cashed as the Saints couldn’t score.

Fantasy: Spencer Rattler is unplayable (125 passing yards). Alvin Kamara had 70 rushing yards (RB2 in PPR). Kendre Miller scored a TD (RB3/flex). Chris Olave had limited targets (WR3). The Saints offense is a fantasy wasteland.
