Week 4 Highlight: Key Injuries
Injury Report:
The most devastating injury of Week 4 was Tyreek Hill’s dislocated knee suffered Monday night against the Jets. Hill is one of fantasy’s elite WRs and his extended absence will severely impact Miami’s offense.
49ers star DE Nick Bosa suffered a torn ACL and is out for the season – a massive blow to San Francisco’s pass rush. The 49ers must now figure out how to generate pressure without one of the league’s best defensive players.
Ravens QB Lamar Jackson exited the Chiefs game in the third quarter with a hamstring injury and is questionable moving forward. With Baltimore sitting at 1-3, Jackson’s availability is critical to their playoff hopes.
Chargers LT Joe Alt left the Giants game and may miss extended time, which would be devastating for Justin Herbert and the offensive line.
Vikings RT Brian O’Neill suffered a sprained MCL in Dublin and will miss time.
Giants WR Malik Nabers suffered a significant leg injury against the Chargers, leaving rookie QB Jaxson Dart without his top weapon.
Saints RG Cesar Ruiz and Panthers RG Cesar Ruiz both suffered ankle injuries and didn’t return.
