Game result: The Jets fell to 0-4 with a 21–27 loss to Miami, their 10th consecutive loss to the Dolphins in Miami. First-year coach Aaron Glenn is now tied for worst start ever for a Jets coach.

Analytics: The Jets offense totaled 268 yards with rookie QB Justin Fields struggling mightily. Fields had more rushing yards (73) than passing yards (65) through three quarters – a recipe for disaster. Despite a fourth-quarter rally, Fields finished 15-of-28 for 156 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT. New York converted just 4-of-13 third downs and couldn’t sustain drives. The defense held Miami under 30 points but couldn’t force enough stops.

Injuries: The Jets are relatively healthy but the QB situation is dire. Fields’ limitations are glaring and the lack of talent at receiver is crippling the offense.

Betting: New York was a 2.5-point underdog and lost, falling to 0-4 ATS. The over (45.5) stayed under as both offenses struggled.

Fantasy: Justin Fields is unrosterable with 156 yards and constant inefficiency. Breece Hall had 65 yards but zero TDs (RB2). Garrett Wilson managed 58 yards (desperation WR3). The Jets offense is a fantasy nightmare.
