Game result: Carolina was demolished 13–42 by New England on the road. Bryce Young threw for just 150 yards and 1 TD as the Panthers fell to 1-3.

Analytics: The Panthers offense managed only 326 total yards on 65 plays while failing to sustain drives. After scoring on their opening possession, Carolina was outscored 42-0 over the next 53 minutes. The Panthers converted just 4-of-14 third downs and committed costly penalties. Defensively, Carolina allowed 307 yards including two devastating punt return TDs by Marcus Jones (87 yards, 61 yards). The special teams catastrophe was the turning point.

Injuries: Guard Cesar Ruiz left in the second quarter with an ankle injury and did not return – a significant blow to an already struggling offensive line. Receiver Tetairoa McMillan played through a calf issue but was limited.

Betting: Carolina was a 4.5-point underdog and failed to cover badly, dropping to 1-3 ATS. The over (43.5) cashed easily as New England’s offense exploded.

Fantasy: Bryce Young is unplayable in fantasy with just 150 yards. Chuba Hubbard managed 61 rushing yards but offers little upside. Tommy Tremble led receivers with 42 yards and a TD but remains a dart throw at TE. Avoid this offense until signs of life emerge.
